United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping: All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

No Signature Required: Most standard deliveries do not require a signature.

Oversized Items: Larger products may require scheduled delivery or special handling.

Missed Deliveries: Carriers generally attempt delivery up to three times. You may be able to coordinate a local pickup if needed.
Shipping Issues

Lost Package: If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the expected delivery date or tracking shows no updates, contact us at support@powherbands.store.

Damaged Shipment:

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery or accept it with visible damage noted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes: If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately within 48 hours. We cannot edit orders after they’ve shipped.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
