Shipping Policy

At POWHERBANDS LLC, our priority is to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship purchases made through powherbands.store.

Shipping Coverage

  • United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are accepted and processed during standard business hours.
    Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM (EST)

  • Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Most standard shipments are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Carriers & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor progress

  • The estimated delivery date

Delivery Details

  • No Signature Required: Most standard deliveries do not require a signature.

  • Oversized Items: Larger products may require scheduled delivery or special handling.

  • Missed Deliveries: Carriers generally attempt delivery up to three times. You may be able to coordinate a local pickup if needed.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost Package: If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the expected delivery date or tracking shows no updates, contact us at support@powherbands.store.

  • Damaged Shipment:

    • If your package appears damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery or accept it with visible damage noted.

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or return.

  • Wrong or Missing Items:

    • Report any missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

    • We will promptly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes: If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately within 48 hours. We cannot edit orders after they’ve shipped.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
