At POWHERBANDS LLC, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and ship purchases made through powherbands.store.

Shipping Coverage

  • United States Only: We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states.
  • No International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.
  • Extra Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may include additional fees. These will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is finalized.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, most packages are delivered within 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • Estimated Delivery Window: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We use trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx for all deliveries.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
    • Your tracking number
    • A direct tracking link
    • The estimated delivery date

Delivery Notes

  • No Signature Required: Most standard deliveries do not require a signature.
  • Oversized Orders: Larger items may require special handling or scheduled delivery windows.
  • Missed Deliveries: Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. You may also coordinate pickup with the carrier if necessary.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost Package: If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date or shows no movement, please contact us at support@powherbands.store.
  • Damaged Shipment:
    • If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or accept it with damage noted.
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance with replacements or returns.
  • Wrong or Missing Items: Please report any missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Edits: Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes. We cannot modify orders once they’ve shipped.
  • Cancellations: Orders that haven’t shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Shipped orders must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, carrier delays) may impact shipping. If delays occur, we’ll keep you informed with updated tracking and estimated delivery.
